CV Christiane Wolz


Christiane Wolz did her PhD on Pseudomonas aeruginosa epidemiology and gene regulation in Tübingen. After her postdoctorate at the Rockefeller University she focused her research on the major human pathogen Staphlyococus aureus. She is affiliated with the Tübingen DFG-funded Clusters of Excellence “CMFI – Controlling Microbes to Fight Infection (EXC 2124). She is mainly interested in the regulatory mechanisms and selective forces that influence the virulence, adaptation and in vivo survival of S. aureus.
